Post Card Project

July 2014 Update: Now that my two years of teaching English at Lycee Tanambe have come to an end, so too has the Tanambe Post Card Project. Thank you to everyone who has participated in this project. Over the course of the last two years, we have received over 170 post cards from all around the world. About half of the post cards have been sent from the United States of America and the other half have been sent from 30 different countries. My students and I have enjoyed your post cards and the post cards now reside in the Lycee Tanambe library so that the lycee students can continue to look at the post cards for years to come.

If you don’t know what the Tanambe Post Card Project is yet, you can read all about it here.

  3. Tara, your postcard hasn't arrived yet, but with the holidays (and the fact that mail here is slow to begin with), I wouldn't worry about it yet. I will definitely let you know when it arrives! :)

  5. We're gonna get caught up over the next few weeks or so, we've collected postcards on our last few trips but since we were in these countries for sometimes only a few hours, we didn't get a chance to get to a post office there, so we'll be sending them from the usa. i hope you and the kids like them.
